Shipping and Return Policy
If you receive you item and there is a defect, please contact Lunautics at firstname.lastname@example.org. Accessory and clothing items may be returned in new condition. This means unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached.
Cosmetics and beauty products are ineligible for return unless the merchandise is defective. If you receive your item and there is a defect, please contact Lunautics at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery with a detailed description of the defects, order number and photos that show the damage for approval for return.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs associated. If a shipping label is provided for your return, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your final return amount.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and non-negotiable for returns or exchanges, unless the brand is found at fault through the process in the above paragraph.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return eligible items for store credit. You have 10 days to initiate a return or exchange from the delivery date. Please submit your full name and order number as a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put Return + your order # in the subject line of your email. When your return is approved & initiated you will receive a return label and receipt to include when ship the item back to us in the original packaging.
Your return needs to be re-packed, shipped and received within 10 days of initiating the return. This gives you a full 20 days to get it back to us. Items must be received in original condition, with the tags intact. Please include a note with your name and order # in your package so we can link your return to your original purchase.
Your return balance will reflect the total cost of the returned items minus the cost of the return shipping.
Orders are fulfilled at our HQ in Los Angeles, CA. Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days of receiving your order and we ship orders daily Monday through Friday.
All domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS. When your order ships you will be notified via email or text message, depending on your preferred method of contact.
How long does domestic shipping take?
Please note these times are expected to be delayed during holiday periods.
First Class is estimated at 3-5 days
Priority is estimated at 2-3 business days
Express is estimated at 1-2 business days
International customers are responsible for any tariffs or custom fees charged by their country. Please check the policies of your government as each country has different policies on this matter.

Incorrect Address and Lost Packages
Please make sure that you are providing us with the correct address at the time of purchase, we are unable to make changes to your order once your shipping label is printed. Once your order has left our facility we are not able to redirect it, change the shipping speed or replace packages lost by the carrier.
We highly recommend adding our package insurance option Route, this covers your package in the event that it is lost, stolen or generally not received! Adding this to your order allows us to communicate with Route in order to get a replacement package shipped to you quickly!
