Where are you located and what do you guys have going on?

The Lunautics team will be located at LuxRave, in the back area of the main store inside of the Luxor Resort and Casino!

Don't miss exclusive IHR x Lunautics designs inside the store before coming over to check out the beauty bar!

The beauty bar is offering services like braids and full makeup application, along with a to-go shop of your favorite Lunautics products so you can shop IRL.

How should I get ready for my appointment?

For makeup appointments please come with your base makeup done for any appointment labeled "just" and come bare faced for any appointment labeled "full".

For hair services please come with your hair clean and ready to be styled. This means detangled and ready to braid.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

We know stuff happens! If you miss your appointment, or are later than 15 minutes to your scheduled time your deposit will turn into store credit you can use at the Lunautics Beauty Bar for walk-in services depending on availability or as a credit towards products available at the Lunautics shop located at the Beauty Bar.

Do you take walk-ins?

We can't guarantee a walk-in appointment will be available so we highly recommend booking your preferred time in advance.

Appointment availability is updated in real time, so feel free to check our scheduling system at any time for current availability.

Can you bring your own beauty products to be used?

We welcome you to bring your own makeup as needed if you prefer your own formulas!

For hair appointments we do not allow any hair from outside of the beauty bar area to be used in our styles. Our hair is a premium synthetic, and our braiders prefer to use our product. Thank you for cooperating!

Can I move or reschedule my appointment?

Please use your original confirmatrion email to access the scheduling system. You may reschedule your appointment with up to 24 hours notice directly through your original confirmation email.

Please note that you will only be able to reschedule to times and dates currently available in our system at the time you initiate the change.

If you decide to change your service this change can be made at the time of check-in & your deposit will still go towards your new service. The balance you are charge will reflect whatever services you opt-in for in person.
