Return Policy 💫 We want you to love your Lunautics pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you.

All purchases may be returned in original, unused condition within 14 business days of delivery. To start a return, simply email us at hello@lunautics.com with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund in the form of store credit.
Please note: the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us right away at hello@lunautics.com with photos of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or a full refund — no extra fees.
